Put 4 beauties together, let your girlfriend have fun with bizarre makeup, give them an eye-catching dress code and tell them not to be afraid to overdo, pick an urban set, ask them not to hold themselves back and count down 3, 2, 1… Easy, isn’t it?

At the beginning I thought it was my problem.

Maybe I had become an introvert or simply socially awkward! However, after few months spent in this city and quite a few moans of people facing the same issue, I just came up with the conclusion that making friends in London, if you are a full time worker with an average commute of two hours a day, is a mission (almost) impossible. People are always rushing and exhausted, and, if they happen to have time on their hands, they are more than happy to catch up with a close friend rather than making the effort of getting to know somebody new. Fair enough I’d say, but definitely doesn’t make me like London more. Thank God Isabel made so many friends in Budapest when she used to live there and, thank God, many of those people moved here. Emilia and Natalia are amongst those.

There was no way I could leave London without taking portraits of the people that made my time spent here worth living.
