Sanju is my favourite kiwi and one of the best friends of my Berlin days.

We met while we were following German classes and we immediately got on well together. She proved to be an amazingly strong and brave woman, as well as a very caring and supportive friend. I owe you a lot of laughters and nice memories, Sanju!

I took these portraits of her on an unexpected sunny warm Sunday. We went to the flea markets @ Raw Tempel and to those in Boxhagenerplatz and we had a nice Thai lunch in Friedrichshain. I remember that day being completely carefree, as if it was the very precise moment I left the winter days officially behind and I prepared myself for the spring pleasures.

The other pictures included in this album were taken @ the Tiergarten and @ the Zoologischer Garten few days later.
